NAMI ON CAMPUS AT FSU STRIVES TO EDUCATE STUDENTS ABOUT MENTAL ILLNESS TO REDUCE THE STIGMA ON CAMPUS AND IN THE COMMUNITY.

SIMILAR TO NAMI'S NATIONAL MISSION OF BEING "DEDICATED TO BUILDING BETTER LIVES FOR THE MILLIONS OF AMERICAN AFFECTED BY MENTAL ILLNESS", WE HOPE TO HELP STUDENTS ON CAMPUS BY OFFERING A SAFE SPACE TO EXPLORE AND DISCUSS RELATED TOPICS.

ABOUT US

NAMI on Campus at FSU is an organization that advocates for people with mental illness. We aim to reduce the stigma that often follows mental illness by educating people in the community. We offer support and resources for people with mental illnesses as well as family members and friends of people with mental illnesses. Our meetings usually consist of fun activities dealing with mental health and we often have guest speakers that provide us with information about different mental health topics. Our meetings are open to anyone (whether you have a mental illness or you don't). Come check us out!
